1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiligg ("jiligg," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiligg.club ("Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the jiligg Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the jiligg Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations. jiligg strictly enforces this age requirement and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jiligg complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jiligg or any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR's responsible gaming exclusion lists.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of jiligg, or an immediate family member of any such person.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the jiligg Platform, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) jiligg account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify jiligg immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
• jiligg reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.
• Account verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jiligg supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in PHP.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jiligg account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. jiligg targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, subject to verification status and system availability.
• KYC Requirement: Withdrawals above the threshold specified in your account settings require completion of KYC verification. jiligg may request supporting documents including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Fees: jiligg does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jiligg bears no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jiligg offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jiligg reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds.
• jiligg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jiligg Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• jiligg's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. Our RNG systems are independently audited on a regular basis.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jiligg's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• jiligg reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the game information panels. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live dealer game results are final once the dealer has announced the outcome and the round has been closed in the system. No disputes regarding live game outcomes will be entertained after the round has been settled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiligg Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games, poker, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jiligg Platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or other players' experience.

8 Responsible Gaming

jiligg is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to help maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiligg Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of jiligg or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jiligg.
• The jiligg name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jiligg. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiligg, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, technical failures, or Platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.

jiligg's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jiligg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• jiligg collects personal data necessary for account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention services as required by law or legitimate business necessity.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to jiligg's legal retention obligations. Requests may be submitted via our support team.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jiligg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiligg will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jiligg, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jiligg operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. Disputes relating to game outcomes or regulatory matters may also be referred to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable procedures.
